Planning Commission is a volunteer board, established to make recommendations and decisions regarding the future land uses and development of the Village as a whole. All lot splits must be approved by the Planning Commission, as are all requests for permanent re-zoning of a parcel or group of parcels inside the corporation limits, or a use change for a given property.
