The Village is currently accepting pavilion rental requests.

Anyone interested in renting a pavilion may do so by following these steps:

1.) Rental request forms are available online. We ask anyone who is able to please print and complete the form before coming to the utility office.

2.) Call the utility office to see if your preferred date is available.  Reservations are not booked until payment is received.  Payment must be in the form of cash or check.

3.) Drop off or mail your completed form and payment (cash or check only) to: Village of Carey, Utility Office, 127 N. Vance St., Carey Ohio 43316.
