Jennifer Rathburn                      

Mrs. Rathburn was elected as Mayor in November of 2017 after serving as the interim Mayor for the majority of 2017. Before being elected Mayor, Mrs. Rathburn also served as the Council President.

Mrs. Rathburn has been a lifelong Carey resident, is married and has two children.
